My intent is to unravel each of these in order to create more succint (paradoxically) reasons for the virtue of each. As it is, I best just write them down now before my mind wanders on again:
-Never pay full price for anything. NEVER!
-When considering how much something is worth, also consider how much it could be worth.
- It is not always correct to buy cheap things because they are a better deal, you can quite often find good deals on better quality.
- Reconsider the way you do things on a regular basis.
-Ask questions of everyone, although you may be set in your ways, you might try adding a bit of flair from others' suggestions.
-Learn to process your own food.
-Make your children eat a bit of everthing and cook a bit of everything yourself.
-Use coupons. If you don't have any in hand, ask the casheir if they have any available discounts, they usually will, and most the time they are so shocked you asked, they will find something.
- Shop around. Pres. Hinkley said that the advancements in technology can be used for our good or our destruction. Make shopping around online a common procedure before you buy anything, and never check out online without searching for promotion codes first.
-Do make lists. All kinds of lists. Of goals, of purchases, of daily tasks, of children's activities. Then take pride in making that list shorter, and longer at the same time as you are continually adding to and cycling through the list.
-Libraries are phenomenal! Use them. They have free written all over them.
-Always pick up free reading material, and read it. You may learn something valuable.
